Really don't know what went wrong. I've posted this image about twelve hours ago and it didn't appear in the 'New images' gallery up till now. I didn't receive a message from the Mod too, telling me that my image was rejected. So I went back to 'Upload Images' and saw that uploading of a new image was enabled, while in normal situations, having the status of 'artist', I can only upload one image every twenty hours. This means that I don't know whether you've already commented on this image or not. If so, really thanks for that.

I like to give this post another try. In the narrative of my earlier attempt of about twelve hours ago, I've said something like this: "This image may be not that fine compared to my previous posts, but I still like to post it, as it brings some variety in my 'Winter In Zeeland 2009' series."

Hope that it's anyhow a nice post to you. To people who like to comment on this post (again), I like to say thank you in advance as your comment is very much appreciated by me.

It looks like one of our trailer parks only with boats. I think the rednecks will love it. I do, so you know what that makes me. I tried to comment on this earlier but it was not available C. I am glad you reposted because I didn't see the original. Good winter scene.

Maybe the problem was because it is #13. :)

Good health to you and yours.

I came across this in the voting booth- I just had to stop by and leave a comment. This is such an extraordinary picture, and so puzzling at the same time. Boats next to mobile homes? crazy! This pic really fascinates me- it will find a cozy home in my favorites. Thanks for sharing!

Hi Cornelius, I commented on this post this morning when it appeared on my friends' list under "new". But there was something wrong today because all the new images appeared very late (about 3 P.M.or so our time).
Now for my comment : I find it a very interesting post to see the tall sailing vessels moored in the harbour with ice all around them. For me this is an exceptionally good winter harbour scene.

But this image is absolutely gorgeous! Looks like the boats are waiting for Spring to come so they can go out once again.

I tried to get on yesterday evening Mr. C and a message came up saying the site was down and to please be patient while the Gremlins did their work. Perhaps that was the problem you encountered. Either way I see it now and agree with Tick it reminds me also of a Trailer Park on Ice. Good Capture and Thanks for sharing as always.

Unless those boats can maneuver on ice, I guess they will be there for a time. Very nice winter scene, Cornelius.

Well, just to add to the confusion, the first link for this does show up in my list but it doesn't take me a photo. Glad you reposted it mate, this setting is fascinating to me, water frozen over, radar domes on sailing ships, transportable buildings cheek to jowl with sailing ships, all very funky.
