Saturday February 28th, 2009, I was in the sand dunes of the peninsula Walcheren, Zeeland, The Netherlands and was somewhat disappointed as the air above the sea was very hazy and the the sky was cloudy, but a blue band apeared in the sky and the sunlight was playing its play with the sand dunes. Although I've posted about two years ago this rather similar image, I decided to take another capture because of the completely different atmosphere now.

Hope you'll like it too. Thank you in advance for any comment.

I like them both very much. but the earlier one better as I can see more of the shoreline, and that beautiful blue sky! So I'm keeping both of these beautiful shots.

What a difference between the old image and this one - just like summer and winter. I like this one too because you have captured all the textures and shades very well.

i like the different colours you captured in this one as opposed to the other, the softer tones are pretty and that is a lovely beach area.

Might be the same location, but very different otherwise. The open sea still seems a mystery to me as well as the changes a few clouds can make. Peaceful calm beautiful place for a Saturday with the camera.

You have found the road to successful photography and editing C. Every shot you take is great. Your style has been defined and it is unmistakable. I really like it. I like this post very much. Both are good in their own way.

Good health to you and yours.

Well! I managed to navigate through both images Cornelius, and i didn't run aground. I like the colours and clouds in this one and the fact i can see more shoreline in the other. An excellent job on both.

Those huge dunes keep the water out of the country do they not? This image has an old-fashioned feel to it. Lovely.
