Captured this Zeeland farmer's wife in traditional clothes in Middelburg, Zeeland, the Netherlands. Of course she's wearing these clothes only at special (folklore/traditional) events. The image shows that she takes care for her horse during a break in the yearly 'ringrijden' competition in Middelburg.

WOW WOW WOW Cornelius, that is a Magnificent capture and of course I LOVE the horse. Her dress/outfit is beautiful and love the dainty lace really specturlar.

A very fine photo Cornelius. I like the vertical orientation. It frames your subject well and works with the background architecture perfectly. The sun was a bit bright in spots but the shade worked much to your advantage as did the flash. Well done!
