No, Owd Fellow Tick, this one is not mine, lol.

Seems that 'De Brandeman' is ready for departure from the Town Harbour in Veere, Zeeland, The Netherlands, but appearancances are deceptive. Reality is that I haven't seen its skipper for a long time.

Hope you'll like this image. Thank you in advance for your comment.

Ready for departure but captain not on board! I have experienced that when I was a cadet,Cornelius. But I don't think this guy is to be found in some bar since he is absent so long. A nice nautical image.

This is a lovely capture and very well presented too. I think the sun follows you around as it always seems to be shining for when you take your photographs. Well done!

Cornelius - A good ship needs to be taken out on the water on occasion. If the skipper won;t, then you ought to! I'm sure the owner won't mind! lol Great lighting to highlight this fine boat with clarity and composition. Have a wonderful day, on land, if not on the seas. Thad

You read my mind C. As soon as I saw the photo I was wondering just that. I hope the Captain is OK. I believe something must be wrong to keep him away from this beauty. Is his last name Brandeman. I love the way you shot this and given us the opportunity to go on board and explore. Lots to see.

Good health to you and yours.
