Beautiful reflections, nice shot!

It is known that there is an infinite number of worlds, simply because there is an infinite amount of space for them to be in. However, not every one of them is inhabited. Therefore, there must be a finite number of inhabited worlds. Any finite number divided by infinity is as near to nothing as makes no odds, so the average population of all the planets in the universe can be said to be zero. From this it follows that the population of the universe is also zero, and that any people you may meet from time to time are merely the product of a deranged imagination.

Seldom can one see the water being so still and the reflections so clear. A very beautiful shot of the trees and the "mirror", Cornelius.

Mr. C., the reflections are terrific. But, I also like the depth of your picture and the great focus and clarity.

Mr C, you are a genius Sir! This is beyond perfect into surreal. Faved in a second and I have no doubt I'll still be admiring this shot, and learning from it, thirty or forty years from now. Quietly spectacular - to my mind the best kind of "spectacular". :) This is the kind of shot that demonstrates how big a difference the photographer can make. Without eyes to see and willingness to walk around and look for angles and vistas with balance you could take lots of shots of a spot like this and get some nice reflections of trees but never get something as awesome as Mr C has captured.

Cornelius - I like the curves of the waterways along with the reflections of trees and sky. The waterway leads the eye up through the center of the photo, then one can take in the groves of trees. A fine posting! Thad

It looks like Spring is getting ready to make an appearance Sea. Everyone has already mentioned the beauty and composition of this post so I will agree with them. I will be quiet (which is difficult for me) so as not to disturb the mood of this beauty.

Good health to you and yours.

The banks of that waterway look like they are very well maintained. What a pretty shot, Mr. C. The colors and the reflection are outstanding. I always have to manipulate reflections that clear. Very nice work.

Mooie reflecties Cornelius! Mich
