Today I've started a new series, called 'Kinderdijk'. Kinderdijk is a village in the province of South Holland, The Netherlands. It's one of some other places in The Nerlands (e.g. Zaandam) which is world-famous for its traditional windmills. I've captured some of them.

I always notice how well composed your photos are. Wonderful angle from the marshy lily pads to the windswept skies. The spring green colors seem a perfect accent to the windmill. I hope to visit your stomping grounds one day!

What a magnificent shot and I can tell this is going to be a great series. Green grass, warm sky and a windmill to stir a cool breeze. It doesn't get any better then that.
