Even in Hamburg it will be impossible to see boats surrounded by such buildings! Very nice and unusual image Cornelius.

I like your new Avie! Very nautical:)

Nicely detailed shot Mr C!...

You crammed a lot in this for the eye to look at!...DOF & Composition is spot on, as usual!...

A really stunning view. I just love those cube houses that look like they're leaning over.

If the day ever comes I manage a shot as crystal clear as yours invariably are Cornelius I shall dance on the rooftop!!
In the meantime I will continue to enjoy yours.

Cornelius - An outstanding blend of old and new. The traditional canal boats float before a most modern building. Excellent photography! Thad

Those are certainly interesting houses. I would like a tour of the show-cube. Top notch photography here, Mr. C. Super sharp and the colors are perfect.

These old boats really look out of place in front of this modern city. I do love them though and you captured them very well.

They sound like they may be small but I would love to have one of the Kubuswoningen homes. I would imagine they are all occupied and there is a long waiting list! Mr C, I really found your picture very interesting.

You should have saved this for the upcoming Abstract contest which is leading in the voting Sea.
A wonderful shot as it makes my eyes go wonky.
Crystal clear and so colorful.
The ships make it feel like a cramped space.
Love it.
Good health to you and yours.

NOBODY is going to bring up this image and then quickly move on to another. THAT is the craziest thing I have ever seen-the cube houses. It has to be level inside but I don't know how. Great post.

Fantastic, twice, or more!!! Your work is always so crystal clear, not forgetting the lighting, and composition. You do such great work. With me, the boats come first, which I always love. I'm really fascinated by those different houses.

Thought for a minute that was your boat in the scene, but I see the name is spelled differently. A great looking scene and nice capture. Wonderful colours and lighting; nice reflection in the canal. A nice view of the cubic homes in the background.
