Because this is the last image of this Kinderdijk series, I've tried to 'catch' as much as possible traditional windmills of this area on this image. I came to 12 of them.

Hope you like this image too. Thank in advance for your comment. Like to say 'Thank you very much' as well for your comments on my previous posts in this series. They (the comments of course, lol) were, without any exception, great!

Edit: Jerome (Genver) told me, in his comment below, that I had put my image in the wrong category, but I didn't. The image was uploaded for the 'mills' category but after approval it appeared in the 'new images/abstract/fractal' gallery. It's not the first time that this has happened. I'll correct it.

Thank you for the series Cornelius. This has a difference than others: people and a way to walk. I don't remember others have a place to walk on. Nice shot my friend.

Very nice overall view of the Kinderdijk Cornelius. Your usual carefully selected composition and the usual clarity together make this a beautiful image.

Your pictures of the windmills have encouraged me to go to Holland. Only it will have to be Holland, Michigan. That's only a five hour drive from here. They have a tulip festival there every year, and I should have gone then. But..they do have windmills there, and a really great red lighthouse. I wish I was one of the tourists in your picture here. Fantastic shot again.

Beautiful scenic photo Cornelius. I am glad you have posted this series. I didn't realize parts of the Netherlands were below sea level and some of these windmills are used to pump the water off the land. Fran
