This looks like a good spot to sit and watch for a deer Sea. In my country at least. I like the blotches of sunlight mingled amongst the shadows. Good composition.

This reminds me of when I used to play golf. I spent lots of time looking for my golf ball in the woods. LOL. Beautiful colors, as well as shadows and sunlight. Excellent start to your new series, Mr. C.

A beautiful red tree prominently figured in this lovely fall composition, Cornelius. I like your idea for a series. This sure is a good time of the year for capturing long shadows too.

I am going to love this series Cornelius. The lighting in this one is fantastic.

Some trees are already bare but in spite of that this is a lovely image with the bright sunlight and the shadows adding much to its beauty.

I have a touch time with light and dark; so I know I'll enjoy your series. Maybe I'll even learn a thing or two.

I rarely like borders, but yours are very unobtrusive. Very nicely and even sharply focused shot although the tree in the upper left looks a little soft to my untrained eye. The colors are great and your use of light and dark creates some wonderful depth.I like the way my eye headed for that small opening in the forest wall in the distant background. I feel like moving from the shade into the sun. I'm getting cold standing here.
