Almost Summer?

When I have to believe the calender, the summer is near. But the reality tells another story: stormy weather and lots of showers. I'm using the dry hours as much as possible for a photo shoot. This one was taken on such a photo shoot on the peninsula South-Beveland, Zeeland, the Netherlands.

Hope you'll like it. Thanks in advance for your comments.

That, way, we both get the best of both worlds!

Pretty 'Dog Daisies' in the foreground to lead our eye to yonder delights!...and it's not yet F.Friday either

Excellent depth of field here for this wide view that stretches for miles. I love the foreground of daisies as Bob says it leads the eye into the rest of the picture very well, although i do keep coming back to the daisys. I feel your pain when it comes to weather but be glad you are getting dry periods, it hasnt stopped raining here since Thursday afternoon!!!!

We don't know what we want. Now we have hot weather, but it's too much. We'd like a few clouds and rain. LOL Wonderful scene you caught.

It may have been a grey day when you took this shot, but those white daisies really come into their own the way they show up. Great capture! Well done!

The daisies are such a bright and lovely contrast against the more stormy colours behind and together they make a beautiful sight.
Wonderful depth to the image and a real delight to view.

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust

Good lines with the diagonal bank of daisies, the return of the further bank and the horizon. Of course it has a wonderful perspective and composition like all your shots. Beautiful scene.

The first thing that caught my eye, Cornelius, was just how flat the land is. Hills and mountains are everywhere around here. This looks like Iowa or Nebraska but not California.

Excellent shot of a beautiful scene. Splendid depth with the lovely flowers in the foreground and just a sliver of land in the distance. One of the best borders I've seen in a long time. A PhotoShop plug-in?
