This Image GRABBED my EYE. That's Why I Stopped By.

You and Raj do such a fantastic job of showing us your homelands SEA. I can hear clicking heels. Those wooden shoes are the most. Good health to you and yours.
My gut tells me that this shot is right leaning, but what's left of the intellectual part of my brain tells me that you don't post shots that lean, Cornelius. Love the look of the brick roadway. I guess the city planners didn't think that their would be Fed Ex trucks passing each other on these streets. Beautifully captured shot. Outstanding colors and very fine detail work. I thought about running this through ShiftN but decided that I need to get off my butt. This is my desktop shot for the day. I wish I had a passport.
So beautiful and that's one gorgeous house, I'd love to see the inside. Just love those cobbled street, we don't have many in the whole of Canada. Outstanding capture with such depth and colour
Now that's old and......a beautiful scene and capture Cornelius!! You gotta love that brick roadway and sidewalk edging for sure!! Very quaint. Thanks for sharing your part of the world:)
I agree it doesnt look that old! I like the bike up against the walls and the flowers and brick road. I smiled at the parking meters and cars. I was taking a night time shot of a street here from 1500 (ish) here the other day which also has cars etc ! They get everywhere!! lol.
Hard to imagine the buildings are so old - they look very well preserved and really beautiful architecture. Nice to see the old cobblestones preserved.
My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
