Only a few miles to go for the Dutch fishing vessel 'Neeltje Jannetje' before it can enter its homeport Flushing, Zeeland, The Netherlands. I suppose that the title is not appropriate for the tanker in the distance, probably on its way to a port call to Antwerp, Belgium.

Image was taking in the summertime of 2014 off the Belgian coast, west of Flushing Roads / the Western Scheldt river.

PS: 'ARM 44' stands for Arnemuiden #44. Arnemuiden is a little town near Flushing. In the past it had its own homeport for its fishing vessels.

Very nice and clear shot of the fishing vessel hurrying home Cornelius. Nice composition together with the second ship.

A fine photo of this fishing vessel underway, Cornelius. I imagine they only serve seafood for the crew at lunch and dinner.

That's a very colorful fishing vessel, Mr. C. I like all the things in the background, too. Beautiful sky and beach, and the tanker adds interest, as well. Excellent work, as usual.

Can you hitch rides on ships to different parts of the world SEA, since you are a retired Captain?
I like the way this is full frame and the different shades of blue.

That's a pretty snazzy fishing boat Mr. C. - there must be some money in fishing to afford a boat like that - interesting capture.

Thank you for showcasing so much of the Netherlands for us in other parts of the world. My heritage is mostly Belgium, so this was taken around where my family is from. They hale from Roulers which is in the SW part of the country and is in the Flanders region.

Very interesting capture, so many things to looks at. In full it looks like the big tanker has just lifted anchor with the water coming off of it
