Referring to both THIS ONE and THIS ONE: after a visit to one of the town-harbors of Middelburg, Zeeland, The Netherlands, once one has to sail into the opposite direction. This moment was captured by me.
My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
It looks like the end of the line SEA. Parking spots are probably at a premium--or should I say mooring spots. You take such good pictures it is difficult to come up with new accolades.
Another wonderful scene, Mr. C. I always love seeing the orange roofs you have there. If I had a boat there, I would be sailing it up and down enjoying the beautiful sights of Holland...at least what is visible from there.

I to love the bright orange roofs in your scenes Mr. C. - they are instantly recognizable. You also always have wonderful light and skies - this does look like a crowded "parking lot"! LOL
Superb capture with great depth of field give stunning detail and lovely colours and light in this capture too.Plus your compstion is stunning, great angle you took this photo from Mr C
Agent SEAS, you know only too well how to keep me busy for 30 minutes watching one picture from you - I had, simply had to check all the remaining ones "on the road"! With all that sunshine the walk or maybe run [say jogging] has been most pleasant although I wish I could stay much longer... Each and every image I saw on the way here, viewed separately and all together, make a wonderful view of a fantastic old town. In general, the Netherlands in its one historic urban aspect. Thanks, agent SEAS, for this amazing mission. Such missions never end. SAM & SAAB
Love the composition of your shot Mr. C.!!! I feel as though I am drawn into the little harbor and the buildings with the orange roofs add so much beauty and color to the scene. Looks like a popular spot for both cars and boats. Spectacular photography as per usual!!!
Cornelius - You've spun me in a circle with the three images, and now I'm dizzy. I think I'll sit for a while and enjoy this beautiful Middelburg scene. Wonderful photography!
The reason why the sun sets in the evening is because it wants to see the sunrise in the morning. I rise in the morning because I want to see them both. RvdB
