Beautiful spring scene along the bank of the canal in this well composed shot Cornelius. It is the last week of May and we had still 10 deg. C this morning!

I can very easily picture myself walking down the path, shooting all the time, while Boris tries to jump into the water to chase water fowl despite my constant calls, whistling and screaming at him. LOL
Your landscapes are more beautiful & more skilfully presented by far than ours, but the life going on there among the grasses and trees [in terms of humans & canines walking particularly :)] is always the same LOL
Also the weather looks fresh, ie not too warm.
Will the summer temperatures ever come...?!

It looks like a beautiful place to spend the day, Mr. C. I would bring a folding chair along with me and just relax and take in the views and watch the people. Wonderful shot all the way around.

Wow, I feel like I'm pulled right into this absolutely gorgeous scene, taking in the beauty of our walk through these delicate white flowers. Now are those Qeen Ann's Lace along the path? Outstanding capture and colours, love the way the wonderful blue sky is peeking throught the trees at the upper left - Bravo - love this one

That looks like a most inviting path to walk along with glimpses of the water whilst you meander among the blooms. It looks like bridal wreath blooming in the large bush on the left Mr. C. - a lovely spot well captured as always.

Wow there's masses of flower along that toe path I bet it smells stunning this time of the year and you captured this scene superbly .I just love the rich green foliage in this shot and the light on the water .Plus very good depth of field you can even see the cyclests in the distance and the lock system adds that extra interest and splash of colour too.

Upon initial viewing of your image, I felt that I had to take a walk down that lovely path - I'd imagine that there is so much more to see walking along the canal - Great capture Cornelius - absolutely beautiful!!!
