This old fisherman in traditional clothes was an integral part of this festival. Apparently he has thought that not he, but his audience was part of the show, lol.
The contrast between his traditional outfit en his 'modern' film camera is a tad manic to me, so it's my entry for Manic Monday.
PS: I've cloned out the branch name of his movie-equipment and his name on the ID-card on his chest.

They take a photo of what looks like a large fish, enlarge it on camera and decide whether to go after it but the fish has already vanished. That is called Monday fishing :) Nice and funny shot Cornelius.
