This public contemporary artwork, on the wall of a shed in the garden of the restaurant adjacent to the traditional windmill 'De Graanhalm' ('The Corn Stalk') in Burgh-Haamstede, Zeeland, The Netherlands, is made by Frank van der Meijden and is called 'De Zeeuwse Zonden' ('The Zeeland Sins').
Parts of shop window dummies are painted and are fitted with headgear by this artist (probably in order to avoid that they'll catch a cold, ☺).
It has, in my opinion, some provoking and/or manic traits. Because I know that some people like this form of art while other ones dislike it (a matter of taste), I don't like to deliberate about this form of art. I like to show you only its (manic?) traits.
Because of these traits, it's my entry for Manic Monday.
PS: to prevent that this picture wouldn't be approved, I've blacked out certain parts.
