I was hiking on a country trail on the peninsula South-Beveland, Zeeland, The Netherlands, when I saw this country scene, natural framed by wild lilacs.

Of course, I couldn't resist taking a picture of it, ☺ .

I wish I was a Glow Worm, a Glow Worm's never glum, 'cause how can you be grumpy, when the sun shines out your bum?

"country scene, natural framed by wild lilacs."

What can I say that you didn't say in your narrative? It's a wonderful shot and what looks like a tranquil and lovely place. I guess you could have dropped your camera for a day and planted some tulips to add a little more color, but that's asking too much.

Good in.

A beautiful pastoral scene Mr. C. - by itself it is beautiful - the lilacs framing it make it special!

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
