This little house, deep in one of the forests at the northern part of the peninsula Walcheren, Zeeland, The Netherlands, resembles to, a certain extent, the gingerbread house of Hansel and Gretel. Hansel and Gretel is to me a well known fairy tale, told by my parents in my childhood days. Meanwhile Hansel an Gretel have become adults, 😜 ! Therefore I was thinking about this film.

The film tells the story about a traumatic incident at the gingerbread house in which Hansel and Gretel nearly lost their lives. During their grown up stage, the Hansel and Gretel twins became specialized bounty hunters on the hunt for witches, especially the witch who already terrorized them at a young age.
