Remarkably riveting scene, the architecture, the atmosphere are sublime. Excellent capture, angle and composition give us a very real feel for this scene. Bravo.
A beautiful entry for the street photography contest SEA. The composition is spot on. The building at the end of the street jumps out and is so detailed and beautiful. You have made a typical day in Antwerp look amazing. Good luck in the contest.
I see you were near The Antwerpen Central train station and wow, what a structure. Is it proper to call it by the name Antwerpen or just Antwerp? Either way this is a beautiful area Cornelius:)
Bruce, In Belgium three languages are spoken: the Dutch language, the French language, and only a small amount of inhabitants speak the German language. For that reason Antwerp is called 'Antwerpen' by the Dutch and German language speaking inhabitants, is called 'Anvers' by the French language speaking inhabitants. Antwerp is a major international (sea)port too. By people involved in this business, the city is called by its English name: Antwerp.
