Although the meteorological summer was over on September, 1st, we are dealing with a, so called, Indian Summer in my area. Yesterday (September, 15th) the temperature here was 33°C / 91.4°F.

As this capture shows, people took the opportunity to take an extra day off.

This picture was taken on a local beach adjacent to the seafront of Flushing, a town in Zeeland, The Netherlands.

It's as if life is all normal. Having a vacation and carefree. This is a beautiful reminder of happy days without worrying. A good capture of Summer, Cornelius.

Wow - 91 is warm for September in your region Mr. C. - this scene seems quite appropriate for weather and a very colorful good-bye to summer shot.

I can well understand why people would want to flock to the beach with the temperature at 94 degrees - not many beach days left so get them in while you can - as for my neck of the woods, the September temperature so far has been delightful ranging in the mid to upper seventies - Great Capture Cornelius!!!!

The reason why the sun sets in the evening is because it wants to see the sunrise in the morning. I rise in the morning because I want to see them both. RvdB
