The initial RAW (NEF) capture was taken at the begin of November. First it was converted to a PNG image. To achieve the desired effect, I've added some artificial blur and then I've used the free Photoshop plug-in 'Red Paw Media (RPM) Beautifier'.
PS: I've downloaded this plug-in a while ago. I can't provide you with the link of the 'Red Paw Media' site anymore, as it appears that this site meanwhile is gone.
