This capture was taken on October 22th, 2022 on the occasion of a Fall photo shoot to Bruges, Belgium.
The tower on the left has the Dutch name (in this part of Belgium the Dutch language is spoken) 'Poertoren' aka 'de grote toren' (the latter is a nickname) (In English: gun powder tower aka the big tower).
The tower was built in 1397-1398. The tower was an integral part of the fortification/ramparts around Bruges, but in 1477 it became a storage place for gunpowder.
On the right side of the tower you can see the 'Minnewaterbrug'. On the other side of the bridge there was a smaller version of the 'Poertoren', but this tower was demolished. Behind the bridge there's the Church of Our Lady.
