In the narrative of THIS ONE I said that Rotterdam, the second large city in The Netherlands, has many faces.

This capture shows this again. Depicted is the 'Depot Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen', popularly called 'The Pot'. 'The Pot' is a 39.5 meters (130 feet) high, bowl-shaped building that is covered with reflective plates, so that a more or less contiguous, reduced mirror image of the environment can be seen, whereby one can look over the surrounding buildings.

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust

Holy crow, C.! As much as I love the historic and detail-laden architecture so prevalent in your Antwerp photos, this one in Rotterdam is positively Sci-Fi-magical. Something I would expect to see in a movie set. I wouldn't be able to simply drive past without causing an accident, my rubber neck popping in and out the windows. A definite fave and save.
