This capture, taken on October 28th, 2023, shows the 110 years old Peace Palace in The Hague, The Netherlands.
It was opened on August 28th, 1913. The initiative to build this palace came from the diplomat and jurist in service of the, then consisting, Russian Empire Friedich Fromhold von Martens and the American diplomat Andrew Dickson White.
