This photograph comes from the bin.

Depicted is the castle 'Ter Hooge' situated on an estate with the same name in the vicinity of Middelburg, a town in Zeeland, The Netherlands.

Probably due to global climate change, these scenes have become a rarity in my area. So far this winter we only had a brief wet snow shower. Not ideal for taking pictures. Not that I miss a harsh winter, but I do miss the unique winter photo opportunities however.

Well, Mr C, I wish you all the winter photo opportunities - minus the harshness, you can stand. I admire looking at those pictures, especially when they are not in my small part of the world. I am not a winter person and would gladly give you my snow, if only I could, and if you would accept. ;)
