Again, really bad quality, was taken a phone but I think the grittiness adds to the photo and captures to mood of being at a fare ground.

You've captured the energy/mood very nicely. Composition with phone cams is a pain in the %@! so the lost top and the large dark foreground can't be held against you too much. :)
