And you are sure, dear agent that dogs can go and swim there - together with their masters [of course]. By way of trespassing but only a little.... My baby would not resist this lake, this is for sure !!! SAM & SAAB
I love this image and Cindy - It has a vibrant sheen. I can not believe the sign though - a private lakefront ? I am glad you trespassed just a little to get this fine shot.
My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
Cindy - 'Oh, THAT no trespassing sign. I'm sorry, I didn't see it in my eagerness to see the waterfront.' A great scene with very nice post-photo work to create an impressive image. Thad
This Image GRABBED my EYE. That's Why I Stopped By.
Thanks For Sharing ! Never argue with an idiot. They drag you down to their level and then beat you with experience
I guess I don't get it, Cindy. You've been endlessly moaning and bitching about Canon and threatening to start using Kodak disposable cameras. Then you post this absolutely glorious shot using your Canon. I have had three Canon cameras and have never had a problem. From what I can see, your camera is working flawlessly.
Now to the photo. Perfection. The trees on each side really help to create depth in this beautiful landscape. For a Californian in summer, the green grass reminds me of life where it rains and is truly nature at its finest. The sky couldn't have been more cooperative. The water looks deliciously inviting, but I think you're boasting a bit by showing us your summertime home when most of us only have a small flat.
Finally, I can't tell you how proud I am of you for trespassing for this shot. I guess one of the differences in our images is that I have to clone a no trespassing sign out of every one of my shots. I also find myself cloning out barbed wire fences and angry men with shotguns.
Excellent shot Cindy - I'm loving my G12 so I'm not surprised at the high quality of the shot and the little extra editing touch made the beautiful even more beautiful!
The colors are contrasting so beautifully! A lovely scene and I like the trees framing your shot Cindy!! But you shouldn't break the law...lol...Outstanding and faved!!
