That is a very nifty looking fountain and a great capture of it, the trees and building make for nice perspective and composition, well done.

Whilst I can appreciate that in an urban environment that this image is unusual & brave, may I suggest that you could have enhanced the colours in the waterfall & cropped out some of the urban housing backdrop to have produced an image with a bit more impact.
