I saw this in the VB and gave you a 10 (because I vote either 5's or 10's on the basis that if you bothered to post a picture, it's worth 5 and if I really warm to it or would have wanted to take a similar image, then it's 10's all day long). And I noticed this in the patterns contest - which I think your picture is an imaginative subject by any standard. Add the technicalities of a macro, the use of a blip of blue on a white background and I think you've got yourself a sensible entry.
