It looks like the poor thing found some shelter anyway.
His face looks a bit out of focus, but being an animal lover myself it is a very touching photo.

He probably eats better then most of us with the tourists and all. A crop of the left side would help. A good shot.

Cameras are like people--sometimes they lose focus.
Its a good photo. I would suggest maybe cropping the photograph to the left including all the fence and to the bottom including part of the crate - it would balance the photograph and give a better view of the subject of the photograph. Nice shot though!
