This pleasant shot sums up a leafy glade well. I like the slope downward to the left; this sort of thing can often be overdone but it works very well here. The green colours are beautiful and the dappled light to the lower left is very attractive. I think the shot could be improved a little by lightening the foreground a touch to bring out more of the shapes and textures of the ground. There is also an area of bright light to the left of one of the main trunks and quite high up which is very unfortunate as it is almost rectangular and consequently looks like a misplaced window. Although just an accidental occurrence, it does look odd in a natural shot and could maybe be toned down a little so that it is less conspicuous. Overall - a nice shot! I look forward to seeing more in the future.

I must say this is a very pleasant photograph and really the lighting depends on what time of day you are looking at......such as 4 in the afternoon or twelve noon as that would affect the way the trees should look and the green is very well done.......and as you can see I am no expert on photography but I think this one is very good and thank you.

I like the framing on which the trees lean toward the gentle slope. There are two areas that I think need a little touch up. The foreground needs to be brightened a little as there is very interesting detail there but you have to look really hard to see it. Because of the lighting conditions there is a 'blanched' spot areound the area where the tree open up. Some of the features are washed out and loose their form a little. I think this was a very difficult lighting condition to deal with but you did well.
