I really love the sky in the background, those are very interesting clouds! Unfortunately, the foreground is so chaotic that it draws the attention away from what I feel you are trying to show. This could be seen as a contrast between the business of the city and the silent, powerful simplicity of the sky behind it, but if this was your intent I feel that it might be better expressed if it was more understated. Overall it is a good picture. Keep shooting, I look forward to seeing more. :)

I actually ended up getting caught up in this storm. It was rejuvenating. My 2 year old daughter was excited by it. It was quite a rush. Thank you so much for all the feedback. I hope to keep learning.
