Probably the most photographed fountain in the world. I can't imagine how people get such gorgeous photos of it because it's always surrounded by throngs of people, but I'm lucky -- I'm tall. :)
i bet you wanted to jump right in there... at least i would have been temptious...
is this a great fountain or what, thank you for showing it to us....
You do not have to thank me if I leave a comment on your image...unless you really want to. ...this is a new thing to save time. =) All my thanks are becoming, "Thank you for the comments." over and over... If you want to thank me post a comment on one of my shots. I would appreciate it. Help me develop and grow.
This is an outstanding fountain, as you said, and I think I would have been in the water as well waiting for the sun to subside just a little so it wouldn't bleed out all the color as it beat off the light colored marble in the front. The statutes on the building are captured very nicely with the shadows showing off their depth. Being tall certainly has its advantages :)PJ
Donna, your photo is excellent. Just the right amount of shadow to light and good composition. Besides the interesting subject itself, you composed it well. Good job, tall person! - your shorty friend, Patty
Being tall helped you out here. It's an amazing capture. The shadows on the statues are wonderful and the clarity and composition is great. So well done Donna. Thanks for sharing it today.
