Taken at Fort Point, in San Francisco, looking north across the Bay toward Fort Baker on the right (?) and Fort Cronkite on the left (?), or I might have that backwards. See if you can see the two surfers in the water. Thanks to all who view and comment.

Donna, Nice shot. Great colors and contrast. I love the color of the bridge. I almost got splashed from the wave hitting the rocks. Terry

Totally great composition. I've seen a number of pics of this bridge, but this is absolutely spectacular.

I don't care for this image configuration (tall and narrow). They won't fill up the desktop but this sure is a beautiful capture. Mercy. You have come up with a unique view. Excellent.

This is a lovely shot. great picture, I agree with Pat, I think maybe it could have done with a background to help it a little for the desktop. On its own it would make a lovely picture with a mounting. I like the tallness, it shows the bridge off very well.

Donna, although I was watching this image at 'full screen size', only half my screen was filled (lol, as you know that I'm kidding now too). The splashing water on the rocks at the foreground makes this a very attractive image. Well done. Regards, Cornelius

A friend of mine works in a camera store. The other day a very confused looking woman approached the counter and handed my friend a camera. She said "I took pictures, but I forgot to have film in the camera. Can you please get them out of the camera for me?"

Having lived in the City, I know this view well...what caught my attention was the splashing of the waves in the foreground, and the angle of the bridge across the image. I do agree, that as a desktop, it would be amazing framed, but on it's own merit, it is a faboo shot!

A great shot. The angle is very good. From the detailed closeup of the waves and rock to the expansive views of the bridge and distant hills. Very good all round. The only concern for me is that top of the turret closest to you has been cut off slightly by the framing. Thanks for sharing!!!!
