This 1982 Canadian Dollar holds a special place in my heart. My father served as a Forward Artillery Observer with the 34th Infantry Division in North Africa and Italy in WWII. The bison skull closely resembles the unit insignia of the Red Bull Division of the US Army.

Regina is the capital of Saskatchewan, Canada, making it the seat of the provincial Crown.

Enjoy.

This is Truly a work of ART.
I saw a Program several years ago on Bravo I think it was showing how the Canadian Mint Stamped Out Gold Proofs and said they were graded as the most pure gold and Beautiful coins in the world. Great program to watch. Thanks for showing this Beauty.

This is a lovely presentation in macro of this Canadian dollar. Being ex military myself it brings back the memory of the motto of my first base being "Take the Bull by the Horns"! I have adopted this in the challenges in my own life, and find it often works! Well done and thank you for bringing back old memories!

Nice detail on the coins. The cropping around their edges could be a bit cleaner, probably the best thing would have been to use a circular marquee; as it is there are some slight irregularities visible.
