The trees of Breckenridge Park provided some much needed shade as this fall day's temperature reach a pleasant 87F.

My Gosh Don..that's pretty hott for this time of year, even in Texas, isn't it?! But that is one lovely spot to sit under some nice shade trees. Funny, I don't remember seeing Palm trees when I lived near Ft. Worth. But then again, that was long ago.
I love the photo...totally relaxing...very nicely done. Here we are having a high of 52 days and lower fourties at night. Verena

I like the lighting on the palm leaves and the blue sky in this image Don. But 87 degrees and palm trees are you sure you didn't make a wrong turn or two and your in Florida ??

I would love to sit under a palm tree a hot day :-). Here we have cold and grey winter weather. I like the greens and that lovely blue sky.

Nice clear shot of the trees, Don! They seem to provide a lot of shade on a "pleasant" day with 87°F!

Great colors, and just the thing to keep you shaded. The sky is a wonderful fall blue, despite the temps!

Wow! What impact those trees have in this capture. That sky as a colourful back-drop too just makes this. Well done!

That palm is so wonderfully clear. The stone buildings must offer some comfort from the high temps too.
