People aren't going to remember the things you do. They're going to remember how you made people feel. Be kind, gracious, and appreciative. Dan Winters - Photographer.
My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
Love these shots. There is a bit of image doubling in the wave patterns in that central pool, presumably from the hdr process? Everything else is perfect, great detail in the rock, nice amount of smoothing in the water but plenty of texture as well, nicely off centred comp to create that gently angled "road" for the eye to follow from foreground to sun. Sweet work.
I love the softness of the water and the foreground with the rocks. It feels you could reach out and touch everything. I just had the opportunity to vote on this for the AC.
And how could we endure to live and let time pass if we were always crying for one day or one year to come back-if we did not know that every day in a life fills the whole life with expectation and memory and that these are that day? C.S. Lewis, Out of the Silent Planet
