special thanks to my buddy, J_272004, for the title on this. Lord knows I would never have thought of it..lol. Apophysis 2.05. Zoomed in just a bit on this to fill the screen which made the render time 498 minutes.
You remember the great fire from 1979 that supposedly started in your garage where that chipmunk ingested some fertilizer and fell into a can of kerosene, instantly turning into a flying little fluffy little molotov cocktail that set a blaze leveling the whole neighborhood west of Newton's Hardware Store?
This is amazing Bill. Almost like colored shooting stars. Beautiful vibrant colors well displayed with great design. Certainly a keeper and thanks for sharing this one (and to J for naming it so well ;)
Can't always give individual thanks but I am so appreciative of everyone's comments and input. I truly enjoy seeing all of your posts and am always happy to see you at My Gallery. Thanks, Anita
Ouch ! An 8 hour render ?! Wow ! I thought my 5 hour render was bad. A great image Bill, love the beautiful feathery look & your palette is just gorgeous. Hope you don't mind, but I threw it in my Colors Folder. Great classy title from a very classy lady too !
haha ha :) for those in Tennesee, that makes over 8 hours hehe he.
I would hate to think if you had a crash, near the end of the rendering !!!
Grrr, but luckaly, it worked out just great in this case.
Thank you for spilling the beans a little and telling us how long it took to make it !!
Incredible..
Yeah you zoomed in more than a little bit then.LMAO Great job Bill, the colours are fantastic buddy and the texture is very good. Oh and I figured that out on my own, my gazintas are pretty good.LMFAO
I really like this one SPF.... the splash of colour, the metallic look and the pretty flame.. makes a wonderful desktop... and.. no thanks needed for the title it was my pleasure to help.. ;PP
I love the "depth" of this piece Bill, really really nice. Of course for me the colors are always great. Love your "eye". Thanks for sharing your uniqueness with us.
I think I've seen those colors on a peacock, Bill. (LOL) This is another truly excellent work. Very interesting to view. 8 hrs. Now that's patience or you're using a commodore 64. Great effort and it shows.

Beautiful colours and design but a very strange title. I don't suppose this should be 'Picasso's Palette', should it? Otherwise, I'm just not getting it. Doesn't alter how fantastic it is, of course.
