Well, I'm not about to get into the middle of that conflagration cause I don't know what Mr. Cowardly is talking about, but I like the "electric" feel I'm seeing here. The colors are very nice.

Definitely electricity - it reminds me of those globe-type things you sometimes see to demonstrate electric charge with blue flashing inside. This is more colourful, though.
Interesting title. I hope this isn't a self-portrait, though maybe it is really a human portrait - 'insanity' being a term reserved for those whose madness is unconfined.
It also reminds me, more prosaically, of a marble.
Whatever it is, it's very nice.

Electric, yes, but I am thinling more of a very delicate and fragile glass marble ball. Very beautiful and this circle series rules! :)

Lots of colourful crackling energy in that sphere. Hmmm, Confined Madness... like when I was in this locked ward once and everyone was talkin' to themselves and I started talkin' to myself too...lol
