Your first view of this area was so great, so broad in scope and brilliant in color that I can't get it out of my head.

Although this works well in black and white, I personally prefer the other!! :)

I loved the first one & faved it, but I love this one even better. Much more powerful in B/W. I agree with Rob, the tonal range is wonderful. I have no choice but to fave this one too. Excellent work Bill ~ nicely presented also.

It does indeed seem to be more mysterious in the B&W Bill. Great DOF in this giving us a sense of just how large the ocean is here. Beautifully done and presented my friend.

The b&w has a strength that is diminished somewhat by the presence of color. The tonal richness and composition remind me a lot of the work of Ansel Adams.Kudos, my friend. Kudos.

I ran across this in VB. I gave it a 10. I love lighthouses. Great shot, even in B&W.
