That is so cool! It would have been funny if the truck was directly beneath the rain shower as if he were being followed by a rain cloud :D At first I thought this was that road headed north/south that I drove to Las Vegas, at least I got the vicinity right :) Excellent capture!

You sure brought back some memories with this one. Traveled this route for over 19 years in an 18 wheeler and I think I pulled over and took a picture from near this spot. And Winnemucca? Stopped there all the time and fueled at the Flying J and got groceries at Ralphs. Thks. Good one.

Bill, I got this in the VB and just had to find out who's it was...love the shot...it's different and has alot of atmosphere...not just that dramatic sky but also the feeling of the lonely trucker out on an isolated highway...great work and tks for sharing...favs.

Hi Bill, agree with all above. I like the way you've captured that distant shower, and the general isolation of this picture. The truck driving into the picture is a bonus too. Good wok my friend, and a good desktop this is.
