This male yellow-headed blackbird is trying to maintain his perch in a mini gale. I've off-centred him to emphasize the direction the wind is blowing from.

Such a great and detailed shot of this poor guy. The off center of the bird was a perfect choice for this.

I have never seen one of these birds before, but what a beauty, although abit ruffled trying to stay on its perch! Love everything about this capture, and its straight into my favourites. Well done for capturing this, and thank you for sharing!
