I really like this shot, there is lots to look at, and the quality is great...but I gotta say the weird color of the boarders is dissapointing, and it hurt things in the voting booth. Maybe try a black, or one of the prominent colors in the image as a boarder color instead.
Every day you may make progress. Every step may be fruitful. Yet there will stretch out before you an ever-lengthening, ever-ascending, ever-improving path. You know you will never get to the end of the journey. But this, so far from discouraging, only adds to the joy and glory of the climb. - Churchill
What a TON of character in this photo! I love the fact the man has one of his shoes off !! But first I need to tell you, please try using a black frame ok? I think it would do wonders to bring out all the great stuff in this photo! The green totally takes away from it. But I love how you totally captured the city look, the buildings, the sepia colour is great...and the man sitting there, along with the plant..the street sign..well, you got it ALL ! A very very interesting picture. Great persepctive(depth) to the street also..Nice stuff !! Verena
I'm not bothered by the frame....:)
I like this one....but the pose in the other shot....is a display of total work exhaustion that so many of us feel. I like it best.
Hey there Mister Madman, wat'cha know that I don't know
Tell me some crazy stories, let me know who runs this show
Glassy-eyed and laughing, he turns and walks away
Tell me what made you that way
This is a very art house shot. And what a contrast between a weary soul resting his tired feet on a municipal bench, whilst overlooked by wealth. I do agree with Cameraman about the bordering. Black is best. Particularly with special and unique shots like this. This photo belongs in a downtown gallery, where it's magic would be much more appreciated than here.
