This young man struck me as a great example of the Indian culture. He was involved, eager to perform, always aware of what was happening, respectful of his elders, and smiled a lot. He was having a good time yet he remained stoic.

Yes yes yes...keep them coming.
Its just great these shots of native americans.
In my opinion you show them like it should...with respect and love.
Its so easy to show them as an ancient attraction, and so hard to show the beauty of their culture and believes.
This young man is serious and involved and makes that I feel humble and respectful to his ancient and wise culture.
These people have a lot of wisdom we can learn from, if only we listen carefully

Excellent portrait of a young man. Very sharply focussed and beautiful color. I'd like to see the background a little more subdued so as not to take away from the portrait. Still top marks on this one, Don.

Perfectly focused, and just the right F-stop to blur the background noise. Excellent photo!

I had not seen these photos of yours for some reason...so this is just lovely to view them now...this young man has such a contemplating look on his face...and then all the colours that are surrounding him..its like a soft frame...very nice indeed!

Same here- this series combines so many fabulous elements- brilliant colors, a sense of motion, a clear focus, and a wonderful sense of American history. Well done!

Gorgeous shot.....I'm Native, and I am happy to see my culture on here...I do hope you asked him if it was okay to photograph him...alot of natives don't like to be photographs in their dancing outfits.

Excellent shot, I'm Native as well. I know alot of don't want to be photographed while doing certain dances so hopefully it was cool with him. Always nice when people are curious and eager to learn about different cultures.
