I really just wanted her eye. But the compisiton stood out to me. Also if theres a way to make the variations of the colors in her eys pop more how would I do that? Other suggestions?

You can do some layerwork/Blending options in the PS sandbox, so there would be more contrast between the eye and the fur.
And if you only wanted her eye(s), you could crop everything around here eye(s) out.
Just some thoughts here.
Clearity is good and I like it this way too. :o)
