"Once there were brook trout...standing in the amber current...polished and torsional..on their backs were vermiculate patterns that were maps of the world in its becoming. Of a thing which could not be put back. Not be made right again." Cormac MCarthy
You got an awsome picture here. It's the stuff Sci-fi movies are made of. I love the fog and the frost in the trees, and the rocks are a great foreground. By jolly golly, I think I'll fave it.
"Imperfection is beauty; madness is genius & it's better to be absolutely ridiculous than absolutely boring. And when it comes down to it, I let them think what they want. If they care enough to bother with what I do, then I'm really better than them."--Marilyn Monroe
I'd give this one a 10 if I could. Absolutely perfect lighting. I love how the blend of fog, ice and the warm, seemingly summery brown meld into such an intriguing, surreal image. Spectacular shot! Any editing, or is this the real deal?
I wonderful picture. I really like the concreteness of the right side as it progresses into the mist of the left side. It is like reality flowing into the mystical unknown. Very well done! Happy New Year! ~ John
