On my way to a less wintry environment I made a stop in Savannah, Georgia, to poke around and see the sights. I found two river boats waiting at the dock. Not a snowflake on either one.
The last time I was on a riverboat was the first and last time that I had a mint julep. Nope, Ed, I don't see any snow in sight. Looks like a sunny day in Savannah, but I heard that they're expecting blizzards and earthquakes next week in Florida. Looking forward to some nice veranda shots without the folding tables. Hope you brought your duct tape on the trip this time. You never know when a threatening storm might be just on the other side of your windshield.
Nice, sunny colors in your shot and plenty (perhaps too much) blue sky. Obviously you forgot your chain saw again or that post wouldn't be in the foreground.
This is a cracking looking photo, love the colours and sharpness. The red and white in the boat goes great against the blue sky, plus the reflection of the sky in the water give the picture a beautiful feel.
Though I couldn't get the opportunity to get onboard one of them, the riverboats are one of my favourite type of boats. Very nice photo of these beauties, Edwin. Colorful, clear and crisp.
