I know, another Cardinal photo, but everyone liked the first one so much, I thought I would give you all another, I like the tilt of the head on this one, he knows I am there, and I think he knows what I am doing, posting his photo on Caedes for the whole world to enjoy. I think he went to the bird salon and got himself all groomed up just for this photo. Hope you enjoy.

As good as this is Gregg ( and it's a beautiful shot) ... Portrait #1 to me was just "Perfect" in every way ... and it's tough to match "Perfection" my friend :o)

I think he thought, you are from the lonely heards club and will find him a girl with this photo. Thats why he had a styling session before. Very nice and I do not think, you can show me enough of this beautiful bird.

I liked the other shot for the purpose of " studying " the birds details, but I like this shot even better for the "aesthetics" of the composition filling out the screen.
Either way - I saved them both!

Well, well, well, hope he has found his girlfriend already since he went to the birdie salon and got all spiffied up! ;))
I never tire of Cardinal photo's. They are fun to watch at the feeder and their colors are brilliant as well as being the mascot of our beloved baseball Cardinals. I always wondered why the Cardinal wasn't our State bird? Just a thought to ponder......Excellent capture of another of your feathered friends. Keep 'em coming Gregg!
