This is Elmo, our very expressive Red Merle Australian Shepherd (mix?). He likes playing in the water. I'm aware pet photos are typically discouraged, but I thought this made a nice desktop, if only for those eyes. Second upload. Comments appreciated. Something I've always loved about Caedes is how positive the community is, so I'm excited about uploading more.

Perhaps this is because of this one blue eye, but I have a feeling that Elmo's mom must have looked too much at them huskies when pregnant .. LOL

[the only one way to spot a single drop of husky blood is to ask the owner whether the dog loves long sightseeing tours all by himself (or herself as even bitches must run away once in a while)] LOL

Elmo's mom was dumped three days before she had puppies. The different colored eyes as well as his coloring are aussie traits. The vet thinks he's pure aussie, but I think he lacks the fluff. Not that it matters. He is a sweetie. Usually. :)
