Oj, Ewcia !!!
Another Gothic story to come !! LOL
The clouded sky looks already ominous - promising a ghost horror story ...
Lovely
But this is what you will hear at least 50 times now !!! LOL
Many thanks for sharing such treasure.
Despite the gothic look and feel to your photo, it still has a romantic look to it. It is sharp, well-balanced and composed in the style of a master. Great work - as ever.
I would rather live my life as if there is a God and die to find out there isn't, than live my life as if there isn't and die to find out there is.

Wonderful perspective and truly great composition. The sky is dark and foreboding making it have more drama. Terrific post Ewa. Thanks for sharing this one.
I like this. especially the clouds and their shadows on the background ...contrasts nicely with the sunlit foreground and adds to the foreboding aspect of the castle I think

The virtue of the camera is not the power it has to transform the photographer into an artist, but the impulse it gives him to keep on looking. - Brooks Anderson
You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being.

Everyone is singing your praises and I too wish to join and just add that the foreground water is subtle, but I think it adds a great deal to the overall effect of this very effective picture :)PJ
Oh Ewa...this is simply enchanting. I love the ripples and darkness of the water...the beautiful clouds placed in such an emotional sky...and the castle is...well...mythical. It's a stunning capture, thanks so much for sharing with us.
Oh boy this is good!....You know sweetheart, you are very talented, and I dearly love your work...this one has to be one of my favourites!...I got the chance to vote on it and tried to give you a ten, twice! but they wouldn't let me!.......Like Jerry...I'm going for the 'hugs'...*Sigh!*............
Just perfect Ewa! All the elements are there; the brooding castle; the dark menacing water; and a sky brewing up for a storm. Plus your technical and artistic expertise. Fantastic.
Cheers,
Steve.

Love that water and the waves that are creeping across the surface. Like the glassy look to it as well. Beautiful view of the castle. The sky is awesome. Great work.
